Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Titans Autographs will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Pakistan.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated through contract rates between Titans and Leopards Courier Services. Delivery of shipments will be arranged within 2 working days after a Leopards Logistics representative receives the shipment.
While we will endeavor to have products ordered delivered as soon as possible, Titans is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2-3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Orders over the value of Rs. 30,000 will not be handled by Leopards Courier Services. For such orders, details regarding shipment rates and delivery time will be made clear to the customer via communication channels such as email or by phone.
Shipment locations
Titans ships to addresses worldwide. The delivery charges will be calculated according to the location of the address as well as other factors including but not limited to weight and size of the items.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc)
Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
